Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled contractor to build an enterprise opportunities pipeline and lead deals through to close. You will own the full sales cycle, working directly with TacItOn's founding team. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the financial industry and a proven track record selling to enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop a pipeline of new enterprise opportunities.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Partner with the product and leadership team to align client feedback with the product roadmap.
- Track sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Represent TacItOn at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in financial technology.
- Strong understanding of the financial industry and investment products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Experience selling data, analytics, or SaaS platforms.
- Existing network within investment management, private credit, or FinTech.

- Employment Type: Part-time Contractor (1099)
- Location: New Jersey preferred; remote (USA) considered
- Schedule: Flexible / Part-time
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Compensation is commission-based — details discussed during the interview process. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and equipment. This role does not include employee benefits such as health insurance, PTO, or retirement plans.
Note: A salary range is not applicable for this commission-based position. Earnings are directly tied to performance.
